Ingredients
3 packed cups baby spinach leaves
1/2 cup grape tomatoes
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
2 grilled boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 mango, peeled, pitted and chopped
1 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 tablespoon honey
Salt and pepper to taste
Slice baby spinach into thin strips and transfer to a large bowl. Add tomatoes, chicken, feta and mango.
In a small bowl whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, and honey. Serve with salad!
So far I want to cook (by which I mean have Kia cook) all the recipes I've seen on your blog so far!
